1 Package of large pepperoni or dry salami. You want to get the salami or pepperoni as big as you can (3" round is ideal), because when you push them into the muffin tin, you want them to form a cup and the small ones will not cup - they are too small - and just lay flat in the bottom of the tin.
1 Package of smoked provolone cheese, goat cheese, Boursin (or any other cheese you like).
1 Jar of Ronnie’s Giardiniera.
~ INSTRUCTIONS ~
Place pepperoni in a mini muffin tin.
Add your choice of cheese to the pepperoni 'cup'.
Broil the cheese and pepperoni until the cheese is golden brown and the pepperoni is crisp.
