Variety 3 Pack

In this variety pack you get our three flagship offerings. Our Original (mild/medium) Giardiniera, our Rovente (hot) Giardiniera and our BlackStraw Jam. All in 9 ounce jars.

The "Original" Giardiniera is made of NINE different peppers (some hot, some sweet) along with other vegetables and spices. It will have a heat level around 5/10. It's a well-balanced, perfect amount of heat that won't jolt you out of your chair but hangs around just long enough... No doubt though, it'll give you a little nudge to let you know that it's there.

"Rovente" is our Hot Giardiniera. "Rovente" in Italian means hot, burning or scorching. It is also made of NINE different peppers (some hot, some sweet) along with other vegetables and spices but for this one we bring in many, many more hot peppers. This version isn't going to nudge you with a 5 out of 10 like the "Original" -- It gives you a scornful tap to your head, twists your senses like the cap on our jar, and leaves you swirling in a soothing whirl of heat—in the best way possible.

And finally, but not last you get a jar of our BlackStraw Jam. A low sugar jam made of Washington Blackberries, Marionberries, Strawberries & Black Currants! Each jar is a symphony of contrasts: tart and sweet, bold and delicate, familiar yet thrillingly unexpected. Hand-stirred in small batches, this jam is as much an experience as a condiment.
