SEATTLE, Wash. (2026) — Ronnie’s Giardiniera is proud to announce a new collaboration with beloved Pacific Northwest pizza chain Pagliacci Pizza, bringing Chicago-inspired heat and crunch to pizza lovers across the region.

Beginning May 14, 2026, all 24 Pagliacci Pizza locations will offer a limited-time seasonal specialty pie featuring Ronnie’s Giardiniera, called "The Ronnie". The collaboration will run until June 9th and showcase the bold, tangy, and spicy flavors that have made Ronnie’s Giardiniera a favorite condiment among sandwich, hot dog, and Italian beef fans.

The seasonal pizza combines Pagliacci’s signature handcrafted pizza with the bright, pickled crunch and savory spice of Ronnie’s Giardiniera, creating a uniquely flavorful pie inspired by classic Chicago tastes and Northwest creativity.

The specialty pizza will be available starting May 14 for dine-in, takeout, and delivery at participating Pagliacci Pizza locations while supplies last.
